Bigger file uploader using catbox.moe

Plugin Description

When uploading a file thats too big it would be uploaded to https://catbox.moe and be send that way and possibly if its a video it could use https://discord.nfp.is to generate an embed so its still watchable

fair but catbox.moe is compatible with the video thingy so mabye limit videos to that then.

also if it would get an option to use your own it would be hard to adapt to the api unless they got some metadata like catbox its shareX code but not all apis have that and big ones like mediafire or mega (no clue if they have it already or not) will most defenetly not be implmementing it becouse someone asked for it so those would have to be hard coded which could result in issues.

i do agree tho that it would be nice to have more services than catbox

nevermind. it seems i misunderstood catbox. it can in fact show videos with embed. so the https://discord.nfp.is/ is not needed.
