Plugin Description

I want a similar plugin like the XSOverlay one that is already built into Vencord, but for the OVR Toolkit app instead, as I mainly use that app instead of XSOverlay. I'd love to have notifications like the ones in the XSOverlay plugin to be available for OVR Toolkit.
