Ping when friend's "Playing a game" changes

Plugin Description

For each friend/user, smth like this:

• A button int the contextmenu allowing to toggle "Ping on change"
• Once turned on, set an interval (do the following each, like, 30s):

1. If the current content of the "PLAYING A GAME" section is different than the one last saved (see below; maybe excluding time), notify the user (eg. via a ping sound)
2. Save the user's "PLAYING A GAME" selection's content (and possibly other things, such as BIO, etc)

• Once turned off, clear the interval

I don't think this qualifies as "spying on other users", as I would mainly use this as a tool to know when can I call someone thats currently playing a game (because I don't want to disturb them).
