Deafening without muting

Plugin Description

Being able to deafen without muting yourself like how admins can do in servers. This would be useful in rare occasions but here is an example. Me and my friends like to play dead by daylight and have the killer deafen so that they can not here our plans and what we are doing. We like to be able to hear them but they can not here us. (they have the plugin on)
