and fix context menu apearering on trending sheet

this is a really cool plugin btw, but now write an AI that will sort my ~200 favourited gifs into collections |

ok there seems to be an issue with the menu. target is undefined so i cant get the height and widths of the gif. ima try fix it gimme a sec |

theres 100% a better way to do this but its good for now ig

it only use to work for vidoes you uploaded now it works for vidoes you just paste as a link yk also add predicate for menu item near open link

+add collection context menu on gifs in the gif picker +fix multiple add collection menu items on tennor gifs rename createGif.ts -> getGif.ts so how was your day
and fix oopsie with get format

- improved patches - using context menu api - improved getGifByMessageAndUrl - moved makeMenu to getGif() - add return types collection manager to make it more consistent
