Production release. Orchestration hardening: stale continuations are now suppressed instead of delivered late (the 'stop sent commands to the chain' class), hardened chain controls, corrupt chain edits/advances fail closed, fractional chain counters rejected. Includes the prior runtime-consistency + docs closeout. Recommended for everyone.
