docs: fix install command and clarify in-session steps in README#91

Drop the @very-good-claude-code-marketplace suffix from the install commands so they resolve like the working vgv-wingspan install, and split the in-session install into two numbered /plugin steps with a note that the second command must run after the first completes. Claude Code requires separate command invocations for /plugin marketplace add and /plugin install, so the prior single code block could mislead users into pasting both at once. Switched the in-session code-block language tag from bash to text since slash commands are not shell input. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
