SLR BD Wiki

A structured knowledge base of 210 SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. proposals (2021-2026), dissected into a Karpathy-style LLM wiki: one main page per proposal, plus accumulating entity pages for 66 named staff, clients, 13 service lines, offices, and years.

The wiki is designed to be queried by AI assistants during proposal writing and business development work.

Quick start for AI assistants

• Claude Code / Cursor / any agent with file access → start with CLAUDE.md, then wiki/AI-Guide.md, then wiki/index.md.
• ChatGPT / Claude.ai chat / any chat without file access → paste CHATGPT.md into the chat as your first message, or upload wiki/ as project knowledge and paste it as the project instructions. Self-contained brief covering wiki structure, conventions, and how to ask good questions.
• Ingesting new proposals → read AGENTS.md for operating rules and proposal-schema.md for page layout.

archive/, ingest/, ingest-md/, and staging/ hold raw source PDFs and intermediate working files; they are excluded from this repo via .gitignore to keep it focused on the wiki content.

Conventions

• Wikilinks use Obsidian-style [[PagePath|Display Text]] with paths relative to wiki/.
• Frontmatter is YAML at the top of every page. Key fields: service_lines, fee_amount, size_class, office, date, client.
• Service line tags — use only the 13 canonical tags listed in wiki/AI-Guide.md. No variants.
• Section names — use only these 7 canonical names for files in each proposal's Sections/ folder: ProjectUnderstanding, ProposedScope, FeeSchedule, Schedule, Assumptions, QualificationsExperience, Team.
• Additive, never summarised — every appearance of an entity is preserved with date + source citation. Nothing is collapsed.
• Citations — every fact traces to a source file named in the page's sources: frontmatter.

• letter: ≤14 pages
• medium: 15–25 pages
• formal: 26+ pages

What is NOT in this repo

• Source PDFs (kept locally in archive/ and ingest/).
• Won/lost outcomes — every proposal is ingested regardless of result.
• Project delivery data.
• Anything that would expose individual clients' confidential information beyond what is already in the dissected proposal pages.

This repository contains business records of SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. proposals. It is intended for internal use by authorized personnel. Do not redistribute.
