Rename TQL back to Home so the wiki opens on it

Remove duplicate heading from the wiki home page
Build out the wiki The pages that make up the tql wiki, adapted from the README and docs/. This replaces the initial Home page with the full site: a landing page, a sidebar and footer, and pages for installing, connecting, browsing, editing, the SQL editor, asking for SQL, exporting, dump/load/sync, commands, keys, configuration, agents, troubleshooting, developing, packaging and the changelog.
