1.21-1.21.1 connection error with via proxy

Bug Description

Using via proxy for viabackwards-

Using prism client (1.20.4) to connect to a 1.21 server. Upon trying to connect, my screen is popped up with minecraft text lines and symbols, lagging my computer's mouse inside mc.

Steps to Reproduce

Use via proxy, trying to connect to mc.hoplite.gg on a 1.20.4 client (prism is what i use). Connect using server version 1.21-1.21.1 on via proxy. Crash with minec

raft text line and symbols appear

Expected Behavior

I should be able to connect without my screen being full of symbols and minecraft text lines.

Additional Server Info

I use prism client, and no plugins

• Via plugins are only running on EITHER the backend servers (e.g. Paper) OR the proxy (e.g. Velocity), not on both.
• I have included a ViaVersion dump.

im not sure how to send a via dump link. My issue is that I can't login to a 1.21 server on a 1.20.4 client

ViaProxy has a button in a separate tab to create a viaversion dump - Please send one if you can still reproduce this
