Bug Description

It looks like commit 11914da broke sounds on 1.8.. It's works for CUSTOM_SOUND but not for just SOUND.

I just backported sounds-1.9.json as an quick fix and it's working fine :)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run Via* on 1.19 server
2. Create plugin with player.playSound(Location, Sound .... )
3. test it! UI_BUTTON_CLICK will sound different :D

Expected Behavior

We need some music!
