What

Pure file moves (git mv) + import path updates, zero logic changes.

• Relocates vibemouse/{main,app,audio,output,transcriber,logging_setup}.py → vibemouse/{cli,core}/
• Relocates mouse_listener, keyboard_listener → vibemouse/listener/
• Relocates system_integration → vibemouse/platform/
• Relocates doctor, deploy → vibemouse/ops/
• Backward-compat shims kept at old paths so existing imports don't break
• Test files moved in parallel

Why

Separating the rename from semantic changes makes review trivial: the only thing to verify is that imports aren't broken and no logic was changed.
