[VINCENT OS] NetworkManager is disabled by default on LiveCD

Describe the problem

When we want to connect to the network of choice, no network card is detected on the LiveCD.

How to Reproduce the problem?

1. Start Vincent OS LiveCD
2. Notice the network icon on the bottom right is missing
