v4 R406.3 x64 — Unofficial Community Build

Unofficial x64 community build of Xibo Windows Player v4 R406.3.

The official release ships as a 32-bit application with a hard ~4 GB RAM ceiling. This build removes that ceiling so the player can use the full memory of the machine it runs on. No functionality, UI, or configuration is changed.

What's included

• xibo-client-v4-R406.3-win64-x64-setup.exe (196.6 MB)
• Automatically detects and replaces an existing x86 Xibo Player installation
• Bundles VC++ 2015–2022 x64 redistributable — installs silently if not present
• Installs to C:\Program Files\Xibo Player\ (64-bit path)

Requirements

• Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
• Existing Xibo CMS licence

Key changes from the official x86 build

• .NET CLR flags patched on XiboClient.exe and Xibo.scr (AnyCPU, 64-bit host)
• CefSharp and CEF runtime replaced with x64 NuGet builds (141.0.110)
• All native DLLs (e_sqlite3, WebView2Loader, msvcr120) replaced with x64 versions
• WiX x64 MSI installer with Burn bootstrapper — replaces the original Advanced Installer package
