Virtual screen scaling factor to be remembered per physical monitor (e.g. when I use my laptop 4K screen - 200%, when I use desktop monitor - to go to 100% - or whatever the user has chosen in the past for that device).
As of 7.0.26 user has to manually adjust it every time the monitor changes. Otherwise the virtual screen is too small/big.
Also, VirtualBox Manager UI (text) is too big, e.g. when you start the laptop as 4K 200% scaling (in host Windows) and then connect a 1440p desktop monitor (100% scaling in host Windows) - you get:
