[Bug]: UEFI shell has disappeared in VirtualBox 7.2

What happened?

When entering UEFI, inside "Boot manager" option there's no option to enter "UEFI Internal Shell"
In VirtualBox v7.0 it was included

How can we reproduce this?

Enter in UEFI and got to "Boot manager". There's no option to enter in UEFI Shell

Well, in fact, I've seen in v7.1 "UEFI Internal Shell" option already disappeared. So something happened between 7.0 and 7.1

The problem is that upstream edk2 has disabled the shell if the firmware build has secure boot enabled (which we have) because it can be used to circumvent secure boot, see tianocore/edk2@f881b4d . The only option is to build and run the EFI shell from an external drive

Could it be possible to provide a capability to switch between versions with access to EFI shell and without it?
For those who might like to use EFI shell and care less about security.
