We're excited to announce the first stable release of launch-control-workstation.

launch-control-workstation is a lightweight command-line utility that provisions and manages a dedicated AWS EC2 Control Workstation for Infrastructure-as-Code development. It was created to eliminate the storage limitations and session timeouts of AWS CloudShell by providing a persistent, reproducible management environment for running OpenTofu and other infrastructure tooling.

Automated Control Workstation Provisioning

• Launches a dedicated Ubuntu 24.04 LTS EC2 instance
