USAGE: java -jar pak-txt-ex.jar "path/to/pak" [arg]

If [arg] is left empty, each TXT will be extracted to a folder named after the PAK.
Otherwise, if -aio (or -allinone) is specified, all TXT will be extracted to one output file.
