What do these changes do?
warnings.deprecated was right about how warning users should be done and with doing so I also fixed the stack levels and made sure this documentation could be correctly reflected.
Are there changes in behavior for the user?
Users should be aware stack levels are changed in 0.1.9 and are correct now.
Is it a substantial burden for the maintainers to support this?
