It's been a while since the last rule clarifications. I have wrote some of it on a trip, but haven't got around to push it, until now. I won't drop all of it in one PR to make it easier to review and so I have time to review it again.
I will also include one newly clarified rule as a bonus, like this one (I improved it recently).
