This PR updates the voltdb/voltdb-client-python repo from the files that are in the voltdb/internal repo master branch which we've been using for some time now. The two are now identical in the files voltdbclient.py and Query.py. As you can see from the diffs, no functionality was lost from voltdb/voltdb-client-python by this.
Minor other changes made to READMEs, copyright dates, etc.
