• Renamed the Flatpak app ID to io.github.voltkraft.immich-folder-watch
  so Flathub's GitHub app-ID URL check resolves to the upstream repository.
• Updated the Flathub manifest to freedesktop runtime 25.08 and the .NET 10
  SDK extension for 25.08.
• Moved the Linux Flatpak packaging to X11/XWayland display access after
  validating that the current Avalonia Linux backend still initializes X11,
  and removed linter-blocked portal bus-name grants.
• Restored the StatusNotifierItem tray permissions. The broad KDE D-Bus
  own-name grant is required by Avalonia's current SNI implementation and
  must be reviewed as a Flathub linter exception before publication.
• Updated the Linux UI package set to Avalonia 12.0.3.
