  • Installation — Choose the correct JAR for your Minecraft server, install it, and build your first pack.
  • Compatibility — Minecraft version families, verified smoke-test versions, and important limitations.
  • Backups, Upgrades and Rollback — Safe updates, allocation backups and recovery.

What VoxelCore provides

  • Custom items and blocks: Content IDs, configurable item properties, resource models, inheritance, carrier-backed custom blocks, and safe content reloads.
  • Resource packs: A deterministic Java resource-pack compiler with explicit version targets and optional self-hosted pack delivery.
  • UI and fonts: Bitmap glyphs, font placeholders, spacing, GUI overlays, and configurable titles.
  • Bedrock tools: Bedrock pack generation, Geyser item/block mappings, and an optional separate Geyser extension for supported display-entity projections. Actual rendering parity varies by feature and client.
  • Administration: Item/block browser and management commands, validation, pack builds, and diagnostics.

Add-ons

VoxelFurniture adds persistent, interactive placed furniture. VoxelVehicles is a separately distributed, private/commercial vehicle add-on. These are distinct plugins; install only the ones you need.

Getting help

For reproducible issues, include your Minecraft/server version, VoxelCore JAR name and version, relevant logs, and whether you were using Java or Bedrock. Check existing issues before opening a new report. For security issues, use the repository's security policy rather than a public issue.
