Vyn is an indie AI project by Lazy Loop Studio with one clear focus: powerful AI models that run completely on your own machine – private, offline, and under your control. I’m a solo developer building open models that anyone can download, run on their own hardware, and improve over time.

In the beginning, the models will not be perfect.
They might be smaller, slower, or less “smart” than the big cloud AIs or other models with the same size that already have to experience.
But the long-term goal of Vyn is to iterate, scale, and get better with every release – while staying strictly local‑first and privacy‑friendly.
