Document 0.2.0.dev0, CI and the release workflow from #47
Development gains Continuous integration and Versioning and releasing
sections (the three version locations, the tag-to-PyPI flow, trusted
publishing and the one-time PyPI / GitHub setup), the new scripts and
workflows in the repository layout, and the now-enforced manifest rule.
Getting Started and the dhxpyt migration notes stop pinning widget.py to
0.1.0 and explain what the pin does. The Widget Catalog notes the bump.

shipped and planned widgets; a page per widget (Layout, Tree, DataTable,
Form, ModalWindow, TabWidget, Sidebar, Chat, Terminal, CardPanel,
ResourceBoard, File Transfer); guides on events and async, theming and
icons, security and escaping, and troubleshooting; a full comparison
with dhxpyt; a Roadmap that prioritises the missing dhxpyt widgets by
what Monguana and IguanaXterm hand-roll today; and Development notes
with an adding-a-widget checklist.
