Document the Priority 2b quick wins from #41, #42 and #43
ModalWindow gains an Events section (reasons, stacked Escape); DataTable
gains Row and cell classes and Hidden columns sections; Form documents
clear() / reset() and where an unset range starts. The Roadmap marks the
three quick wins shipped, the comparison's gap lists drop what shipped,
and the Widget Catalog moves them from planned to its changes list.

Document Message, shipped in #22
A Message page (toasts, alert/confirm/prompt, moving off
window.confirm), and the running list updated: Message joins the
shipped catalog (13 widgets) with a Changes entry, comes off the
Roadmap and the planned table, is marked equivalent to dhxpyt's
message, and is linked from Home, the sidebar and ModalWindow.

Home and Getting Started; a Widget Catalog that keeps a running list of
shipped and planned widgets; a page per widget (Layout, Tree, DataTable,
Form, ModalWindow, TabWidget, Sidebar, Chat, Terminal, CardPanel,
ResourceBoard, File Transfer); guides on events and async, theming and
icons, security and escaping, and troubleshooting; a full comparison
with dhxpyt; a Roadmap that prioritises the missing dhxpyt widgets by
what Monguana and IguanaXterm hand-roll today; and Development notes
with an adding-a-widget checklist.
