Document Pagination (#34), splitters (#35), and Popup and tooltips (#36)
New Pagination and Popup pages; a Resizable cells section and the
border-box note on Layout; tooltip notes on Toolbar, DataTable and Tree.
Catalog, Roadmap, the dhxpyt comparison, Home and the sidebar move all
three to shipped. Priority 2 now has only DataTable editing left.

Document None-not-JsNull from #29
Tree's on_select clearing now reports None. Events and Async and
Troubleshooting separate wapyt payloads/getters (real None) from an app's
own JS calls such as getElementById (still JsNull; test truthiness or use
to_plain). Changes links #29.

Document widget menus on ContextMenu (#27)
Tree, DataTable and Terminal pages describe their right-click menus as
ContextMenus (keyboard, focus, Shift+F10), with DataTable's selection
behaviour and Terminal's Copy/Paste/Select all. ContextMenu notes that the
widgets use it and the menuClass/itemClass extras. The Roadmap entry is
done and leaves the planned table; Changes links #27.

Document Toolbar, shipped in #24
A Toolbar page (items, buttons, events, runtime changes, compact mode,
keyboard); Toolbar joins the shipped catalog (14 widgets) with a Changes
entry, leaves the Roadmap and planned table, is marked equivalent to
dhxpyt's toolbar, and is linked from Home, the sidebar and Layout's
mount table. Tree's on_select note now says a cleared selection arrives
as JsNull, not None.

Home and Getting Started; a Widget Catalog that keeps a running list of
shipped and planned widgets; a page per widget (Layout, Tree, DataTable,
Form, ModalWindow, TabWidget, Sidebar, Chat, Terminal, CardPanel,
ResourceBoard, File Transfer); guides on events and async, theming and
icons, security and escaping, and troubleshooting; a full comparison
with dhxpyt; a Roadmap that prioritises the missing dhxpyt widgets by
what Monguana and IguanaXterm hand-roll today; and Development notes
with an adding-a-widget checklist.
