This PR simplifies the README tagline by removing redundant phrasing while maintaining clarity and consistency with the project's branding.
- Removed "Next-Level," from the tagline description to make it more concise
- The term "Next Level" is still preserved in the NLAP acronym expansion where it's most relevant
