What does `<install>` show when used in the installed app?

What content is shown for the <install> element if I open the installed application? Does it render at all? Does it allow me to uninstall the app? Etc.

My use case is satisfied by install changing to launch as appropriate. But I wouldn't be opposed to other things like uninstall or details.

We expect the element to look the same whether it's in a browser tab or your site's application window.

@LiaHiscock The scenario is basically just showing <install> in an installed application surface. It would be great to clarify its behavior in that case.

If it changes to a "launch" button: Does clicking it launch a new window (on desktop)? What happens on mobile?
