Post types are not selected in the "On Specific Post Types" section in the plugin settings

The plugin version: 2.5.1

After updating the plugin to 2.5.1, it turned out that the post types under the On Specific Post Types are not marked as selected although they were in the previous version. I think it happens because the display argument of function called "checked" in wp-content/plugins/disable-comments/views/partials/_disable.php:132 is set to false, so it looks more like a visual issue.

Repro Steps:

1. Open the plugin settings
2. Select all options under the "On Specific Post Types"
3. Save settings and refresh the page
4. All previously selected options are now unselected again
