In order to make the ITR tool possible to run offline, we have separated the handling of the CTA file from SBTi from the calculation of temperature scores. The CTA file is needed for 1) adjusting TS of non-validated companies according to a SBTi factor, or 2) when calculating the portfolio coverage. These options can now be selected by the user. If the CTA file is needed, the user can choose whether to fetch it directly from SBTi, which requires internet access, or to provide the file themselves. There is always a backup CTA file in the package. However, this file becomes outdated within a few weeks of the release of the latest version of this tool.
