Error stimating CPD TAN and FAN

I have been reading your github Bayesian_net_classifier, and first at all congratulations ant thank so much for give us a great work like this. I am obtaining a problem following your notebook in TAN part, when i am trying to create stimate CPD's:

Could you help me? I have downloaded all you requirements, and this is your notebook with your dataset and when I execute this part I am obtaining this error.

Hi Pablo,

Nice to meet you and thank you for opening this issue. I tried to re-run my notebook and I'm not able to reproduce your issue, it works flawlessly for me. My guess is that you are not using the exact library versions listed in requirements.txt. My setup has Python 3.8.1 and pgmpy 0.1.10. Can you double check your Python version with python3 -V and your library versions with pip list?

As a side note, if you're willing to use this code for research purposes feel free to do so, but I advice you not to rely on my BAN implementation (as I didn't have the time to make it work properly), while TAN and FAN are working good.

Hi @shhatami , It looks like a problem with the libraries. Could you create a new environment wit the requirements of this library and check if the problem persista?
