Release 0.1 (alpha)

First release of array-mini.

Made this release as part of moving projects towards new repository structure, where develop branch may have submodule(s) each tracking the main branch of another *-mini repository. As using array-mini requires the library compiled from array_mini.c, the main branch thus must have a Makefile (but without any test executable(s)).
