Welcome to Holibee (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read the following terms carefully before downloading, installing, or using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. 欢迎使用 Holibee（以下简称“本应用”）。请在下载、安装或使用本应用之前仔细阅读以下条款。一旦您使用本应用，即表示您同意遵守这些条款。

1. License (许可授权)
   I (the Developer) grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on your device. Ownership and intellectual property rights of the App belong to the Developer. 我（开发者）授予您个人的、非独占的、不可转让的权利，在您的设备上使用本应用。本应用的所有权和知识产权归开发者所有。

2. User Content (用户内容)
   The copyright of posters, images, and other content created by you using the App ("User Content") belongs to you. 您使用本应用制作的海报、图片等内容（“用户内容”），版权归您所有。

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the images you import and the content you create. You agree not to use the App to create content that violates laws and regulations, infringes on others' copyrights, or contains violence or pornography. You shall bear any legal liabilities arising therefrom. 责任声明： 您需对自己导入的图片和创作的内容负责。请勿使用本应用制作违反法律法规、侵犯他人版权或包含暴力、色情的内容。由此产生的任何法律责任由您自行承担。

3. Restrictions (使用限制)
   You may not:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Use the App for any illegal purpose.

Access the App's services maliciously through automated means.

您不得：

对本应用进行反编译、逆向工程或试图提取源代码。

将本应用用于任何非法目的。

恶意通过自动化方式大量访问本应用服务。

4. Disclaimer (免责声明)
   The App is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by the use of the App. 本应用按“现状”提供，不附带任何形式的明示或暗示保证。开发者不保证本应用永远不会出现错误、中断或数据丢失。 在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用本应用而导致的任何直接或间接损失负责。

5. Subscriptions and Refunds (订阅与退款)
   If you choose to purchase or subscribe to the paid features of the App, payments will be processed through the Apple App Store. Refund policies are subject to the official regulations of the App Store. 如果您选择购买或订阅本应用的付费功能，付款将通过 Apple App Store 处理。退款政策遵循应用商店的官方规定。
