This pull request updates the
.github/labeler.ymlconfiguration to improve automated labeling for dependency changes. The main change is the addition of a new label rule for files related to dependencies.Labeling improvements:
dependencieslabel that will be automatically applied when changes are made topackages.configor any.csprojfile.
