- Remove some external links from index.html - Bundle css internally - no longer force push wwm uicons - proper removal of lc - internally render gender icons - minor chunking
- make backend check a little more universal - make frontend check also a little more universal - add uicons to window object for debugging - make sure not to set selected for icon sets that aren't available
- Freeze objects we don't want to be changeable - fallback when parsing questRewardTypes from localStorage
