Add assets/logrotate/cc-mcp-logs with size 100M / daily / rotate 14 / copytruncate. Install via the new --with-logrotate flag in install (or interactive prompt). --check reports rotation status. Documented in docs/operations/log-rotation.md and cross-referenced from CLAUDE.md. Linux-only; macOS path documented separately. Closes #540
