.SYSTEMX — Start with a Folder
A beginner's animated guide to portable project memory and coordination. Follow a synthetic community garden task from its first brief through planning, a failed check, a corrected rerun, review, and a useful handoff.
Watch on YouTube · Read the guide and transcript · Setup manual
The film is 9:55, native 3840 × 2160 at 30 fps, with 12 chapters, 120 English SDH captions, locally synthesized narration, original music, and paper/pen sound effects. The MP4 includes chapter and caption tracks; the separate SRT and Markdown transcript provide alternatives.
It explains context, the Master Plan, the canonical task ledger, Agent 0/X/Y/Z, ROOT, SX-RULES, SX-MILESTONE, Agent Alpha, ten AUTOBOT references, DATA, and independent .SYSTEMXP scopes. Models, execution and permissions come from the selected host. The example is a local educational fixture, not a deployed application or model benchmark. No measured savings percentage or autonomous completion is claimed.
Media edition 3.0 is separate from software 1.11.0-alpha.6. This media release changes no portable template record, runtime dependency, or software version. The alpha format is experimental; use at your own risk. GitHub Actions are disabled and were not used to publish it.
Download the MP4, native 4K JPEG, English SRT, transcript, component notices, public manifest, and SHA256SUMS below. Verify downloaded files against the manifest/checksums. Editable authoring sources, internal logs, pilots and model weights are excluded from this public package.

Changes
- The README, portable media library, and wiki link the public YouTube introduction and retain independent original-film, caption, and transcript downloads.
- The film is 1080p and approximately 1:50. Its ten animated scenes and native MP4 chapter markers are distinct from the nine YouTube navigation chapters. The separate custom thumbnail is 3840 × 2160.
- Current installation examples select
1.11.0-alpha.6; the Python package uses1.11.0a6. The folder and wheel contain the same 237 reviewed portable files. - White paper edition 2.0, its alpha.4 examined implementation and alpha.5 publication identity, the alpha.3 field guide, and media edition 1.0 retain their original bytes and evidence baselines.
- No runtime behavior, record schema, blank project seed, third-party runtime dependency, or update-preservation rule changes. Existing project-owned files remain protected by additive updates and the explicit bootstrap-refresh procedure.
Verification
The full 302-test suite passed on Python 3.9.6 and 3.14.5, with five filesystem-dependent skips per run. 10 publication-security tests passed on Python 3.12.14 with the optional PDF libraries. Template validation checked 237 portable files and 150 Markdown documents.
The folder ZIP and wheel match all 237 portable files byte-for-byte. Fresh source/wheel adoption, read-only previews, status and validation, logged uninstall/restore, and an alpha.5 → alpha.6 upgrade passed. The upgrade preserved 239 checked outer files, 237 older cached defaults, and customized context, memory, ROOT rules, tasks, DATA, and notes. Pinned-update refusal passed; all eight stock bootstrap files were unchanged. Exact-pin remote retrieval and wrong-pin refusal are recorded in the attached review.
These are fresh local checks on macOS arm64. Windows and Linux were not rerun for this publication. The publishing tools use optional ReportLab/Pillow libraries; the .SYSTEMX runtime remains dependency-free.
Reviewed source: f942daf38fc7f1661910912dbcf07faaec5ad7aa. The annotated v1.11.0-alpha.6 tag identifies this commit. See the attached PUBLIC-REVIEW-1.11.0-alpha.6.json for exact checks and their scope.
Downloads and adoption
Use the folder ZIP for the self-contained .SYSTEMX distribution or the wheel for the CLI/library. The unchanged white paper PDF and the 4K JPEG are also attached. The large introduction film remains in its separate media release and on YouTube.
SHA256SUMS covers the release assets. Its separate comment records the exact GitHub codeload tag ZIP digest for --archive-sha256; the downloadable folder ZIP has different bytes. A checksum pin is not a signature or independent security audit.
First-time setup · Installation and updates · Versions and changelog · Read the white paper
GitHub Actions remains disabled; no workflow is shipped. Updates remain manual by default. Opt-in startup checks report a newer release without downloading or selecting it.
Alpha / experimental — use at your own risk. The format may change daily. These local checks are not production certification or measured token, cost, or time savings. The white paper is not tagged PDF/UA; its editable Markdown alternative remains available.
.SYSTEMX introduction film and 4K poster — media edition 1.0
.SYSTEMX introduction film and 4K poster
Keep the Work Oriented is a 1 minute 50 second animated introduction to portable project memory and coordination. Created by Lucas (SatoshiUNO); a product of Wayne Tech Lab LLC.
- Watch or download the Full HD MP4 — 1920 × 1080, 24 fps, ten chapters, stereo narration/music, visible English captions.
- Download the 4K JPEG poster — 3840 × 2160, exported from the native Blender render.
- English captions and a plain-text narration transcript accompany the film.
Ten animated Blender scenes introduce GLOBAL/PLAN/WORK/MEMORY; Agent 0/X/Y/Z; Agent Alpha and all ten AUTOBOT references; ROOT observations and TODO reconciliation; .SYSTEMXP project scopes; DATA; CLI/library use; and reversible updates. The film uses synthetic Kokoro narration and an original procedural ambient score. It is an illustrated feature overview, not a recording of a live application or the full white paper being read aloud.
This is media edition 1.0, not a template update. The feature baseline and current installer remain 1.11.0-alpha.5. The non-version media tag is excluded from template release discovery. Large video files, media production libraries, model weights and raw renders are not added to the portable .SYSTEMX payload. GitHub Actions remain disabled.
The README and introductory video wiki guide use a clickable poster linked to the MP4. The browser determines playback versus download. INTRODUCTION-v1.0.json and SHA256SUMS record asset sizes, digests, production credits and verification scope.
The film preserves the authority boundaries: Agent X records rather than executes schedules, Agent Z scores supplied answers, Agent 0/user accepts tasks, ROOT snapshots do not continuously synchronize providers, and DATA ignore rules do not establish privacy. Token and time benefits require measurement. Alpha software: use at your own risk.

.SYSTEMX Advanced Walkthrough — Media Edition 2.0
A narrated 5 minute 54 second walkthrough of the implemented .SYSTEMX 1.11.0-alpha.6 coordination layer, with an editable Blender project, native 4K poster, copyable prompts, transcript/captions, and a reproducible context-counting demonstration.
Watch on YouTube · Download the Full HD film · Native 4K poster · English captions
Current capabilities, separate media identity
Media edition 2.0 explains the existing accepted plan, canonical task ledger, bounded task packets, Agent 0 and host-native subagents, Agent Y's separately installed CLI/worktree lane, Agent X events/time, Agent Z supplied-evidence review, ROOT observations/delta, Agent Alpha/AUTOBOT references, DATA, .SYSTEMXP scopes, setup profiles, pinned updates, and logged removal/restore.
The feature baseline is software 1.11.0-alpha.6, commit f942daf38fc7f1661910912dbcf07faaec5ad7aa. This media tag does not announce a software update, add a runtime dependency, modify blank project records, or enable GitHub Actions. The first introduction and white paper retain their existing identities and evidence baselines.
Film and supporting material
- 353.916666 seconds, native 1920 × 1080, 24 fps, 8,494 frames, and 18 animated Blender scenes. The film is Full HD; the separate poster is native 3840 × 2160.
- 18 MP4 chapter markers, 17 YouTube navigation entries, and 59 English SRT cues. The opening brand/project-context scenes share the first YouTube entry.
- Synthetic Kokoro
af_heartnarration, original procedural music/transitions, and packed editable media. The narration is not a recording of the creator. - Two full prompts show a rich initial brief and bounded continuation. The transcript, methodology, and context demonstration make the explanations inspectable without watching the film.
- The supplied
.blendretains 21 scenes, including the master edit and poster, with its final mix and muted narration stems packed. It is an authored project, not a bundle of the Blender application or model weights.
What was actually exercised
A disposable provider-free walkthrough captured 39 local CLI/check executions. Two .SYSTEMXP scopes isolate a synthetic WebApp fixture and research task. Dependency-ready work advances through TODO, in progress, needs review, and explicit demo-coordinator acceptance; the outer task ledger stays blank. A real local check confirms 20 HTML fixture filenames against their inventory. Those files are not a finished 20-page production WebApp.
The walkthrough retains an initial refusal for a missing next action, a corrected command, Agent X event/due records, selected Design/Brand AUTOBOT context, and scope/outer record validation. Agent Z's 3/100, 97 unknowns reflects three narrow supplied judgments, not readiness. An explicitly synthetic saved harness observation stays pending while its canonical task becomes done; ROOT reports stale_canonical and state_difference, with liveSyncVerified:false and executed:false.
No model, external provider worker, GitHub PR, cloud deployment, or scheduler job was started by that demonstration. The film's Agent Y controller explanation is not a receipt for a paid CLI run or real PR.
Context counts with overhead and controls
The separate reproduction pack contains 67 publication files and records 14 local CLI commands, using tiktoken 0.14.0 / o200k_base to count authored synthetic UTF-8 inputs. No model was called.
| Constructed case / input tokens | Full history or direct request | SYSTEMX packet | Ordinary compact handoff |
|---|---|---|---|
| Long project: per resume | 7,475 | 1,008 | 396 |
| Long project: one-time setup/readback | 0 | 8,547 | 7,733 |
| Long project: first use including setup | 7,475 | 9,555 | 8,129 |
| Small one-step task: per resume | 98 | 805 | 195 |
| Small task: first use including setup | 98 | 1,814 | 416 |
The long inputs preserve the same 12 declared fact groups; the small case preserves four. 17 known-bad controls verify the limited availability checker. A selected packet omits archival details and can require another authorized read. The ordinary handoff is smaller than the structured packet here; setup makes first use more expensive. These are serialized-input measurements, not provider bills, actual charged usage, model quality, latency, causal productivity, or security results. Hidden host/tool framing, output, retries, caching and actual workload require separate accounting.
Public source and component notices
The JPEG's Blender comments were removed without reencoding its compressed image scan. Official Blender 5.3.0 Beta sanitized workstation-specific paths and provenance metadata in the packed project; its scene/object/visible-text content and 26 packed-media payloads remain unchanged. No rerender occurred. The MP4/SRT bytes remain unchanged. The decompressed project, JPEG, small documents and every context-ZIP member passed the scoped private-path/credential-marker review; this is not a general security audit.
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt contains full font copyright/SIL OFL texts and relevant narration/runtime/tokenizer notices and public provenance. Packed Noto Sans/Liberation Mono fonts remain SIL OFL 1.1, not MIT. Model/voice weights, runtime environments and tokenizer cache are not redistributed. The public context pack includes its own license/provenance/checksum files.

.SYSTEMX 1.11.0-alpha.5 — White paper edition 2.0
White paper edition 2.0 introduces .SYSTEMX for founders, project leads, developers and researchers, then explains how records, roles, tools and evidence coordinate work.
- Read the 24-page PDF — Portable Project Coordination for AI-Assisted Work, Lucas (SatoshiUNO), Wayne Tech Lab LLC.
- Four original technical figures cover agent responsibilities, ROOT and observed TODO reconciliation, .SYSTEMXP/default ownership, and hypothetical input-token accounting. Clickable contents, references and portfolio/business/repository/wiki navigation are included.
- The paper examines 1.11.0-alpha.4 / e086ba1. Publication edition2.0 and this alpha.5 distribution are separate identifiers. The existing 4K guide remains media edition1.11.0-alpha.3.
- A rerunnable, provider-free walkthrough checks30 local CLI commands on Python3.9 and3.14. External states are synthetic; no models, real provider jobs, PRs or deployments were started. Wolfram checked the declared arithmetic; no measured token, cost or time savings are claimed.
- Fresh installations contain the latest paper only. Additive updates preserve existing paper files, project tasks, memory, rules, DATA and retained defaults. No GitHub Actions or runtime dependencies are added.
Verification. The35-method runner inventory suite passed on each of Python3.9/3.14; all10 publication security tests passed on the Python3.12.14 renderer runtime. All24 pages were visually inspected;119 external HTTPS links,104 internal links and15 outlines passed structural checks. The237-file wheel and folder ZIP match the manifest exactly. Fresh adoption, alpha.4 upgrade preservation, exact archive pin installation and wrong-pin refusal passed. The302-method full-suite result quoted by the paper belongs to its historical alpha.4 baseline; it was not rerun as this release's whole-suite evidence.
See the paper guide, editable manuscript, verification record, and release history. Edition1.2 remains available in immutable v1.11.0-alpha.4 history. SVG/PNG figure sources accompany the new paper.
SHA256SUMS covers the downloadable assets. Its separate comment identifies the exact GitHub codeload tag ZIP digest for --archive-sha256; the folder ZIP asset has different bytes. Manual updates remain the default; opt-in startup checks only notify.
Alpha / experimental — use at your own risk. Interfaces may change. This white paper is not independent peer review, an effectiveness study, or production certification. Record labels do not grant permissions or prove live state. The PDF is not tagged PDF/UA; use the editable Markdown alternative when needed.
.SYSTEMX 1.11.0-alpha.4 — Generic template boundary
This release restores the generic .SYSTEMX template boundary by removing an application-specific integration bundle, its SDK inventory, domain contracts, synthetic fixtures, dedicated tests, documentation, wheel declarations, and third-party license entry. Application integrations belong to the adopting host project.
Fresh installs and the new selected defaults omit the retired bundle. Additive updates preserve existing adopted files and verified older snapshots; this cleanup does not silently delete project-owned content or rewrite historical releases. ROOT, agents, AUTOBOT, DATA, .SYSTEMXP, and the four-page media edition 1.11.0-alpha.3 retain their contracts and media bytes.
Verification: Python 3.14 completed 302 tests (297 passed; five case-sensitive-filesystem tests skipped on this volume). Python 3.9 passed all 96 manager/runner tests. Strict validation covers 228 portable files and 150 Markdown documents. ZIP/wheel contents match the reviewed inventory; package metadata is MIT-only with zero runtime dependencies. Fresh installation, upgrade preservation, and compatibility regressions passed.
See the public review JSON and SHA256SUMS for exact source, archives and verification evidence. The README and wiki describe the provider-neutral base. GitHub Actions remain disabled.
Alpha software: use at your own risk; interfaces may change during development.
.SYSTEMX 1.11.0-alpha.3 — ROOT four-part 4K field guide
The four-page .SYSTEMX field guide now includes ROOT, SX-RULES.md, SX-MILESTONE.md, and how canonical tasks relate to observed harness and optional bot TODOs. It shows explicit mappings, read-only delta, Agent0 reconciliation through authorized tools, fresh readback, and the normal evidence/review gate.
The same edition connects Agent0/X/Y/Z, Agent Alpha, all ten AUTOBOT references, scoped .SYSTEMXP records, DATA, CLI tools and reversible additive updates. README, accessible text, prompt records, media hashes and wiki references are updated.
Media edition 1.11.0-alpha.3 illustrates the unchanged 1.11.0-alpha.2 runtime contract. Four 3840×2160 JPEG exports were made from 1672×941 native imagegen outputs using macOS sips, JPEG quality 85; they are upscaled canvases, not native 4K detail.
Validation: 259 distribution files and 163 Markdown documents on Python 3.9 and 3.14; 25 focused ROOT tests; exact ZIP/wheel byte parity; fresh install and alpha.2 to alpha.3 update verification, including preserved local graphics and user records. Earlier full-suite evidence remains historical. GitHub Actions remain disabled.
Alpha, experimental, use at your own risk; may change daily. See PUBLIC-REVIEW-1.11.0-alpha.3.json and SHA256SUMS for exact artifacts, source and verification boundaries. Detailed manual and changelog: https://github.com/WayneTechLab/dotSYSTEMX/wiki
dotSYSTEMX 1.11.0-alpha.2 — Runtime safeguards and reviewed manuals
This patch fixes two ROOT output-boundary bugs and closes Agent Y's coordination-path gap. An oversized ROOT reply is now rejected before its record is written, and output limits count the complete rendered JSON. Agent Y protects ROOT/AUTOBOT in new handoffs, runs, PR promotion and inspected diffs while retaining old job history and the normal cancellation/recovery workflows.
The public documentation review updates setup and library examples, working-directory prerequisites, milestone/task assignment, planning vocabulary, role execution boundaries, technical maps, and media edition notices. Public seeds remain blank; updates preserve adopted project files.
Validation: 306 Python 3.14 tests completed (301 passed, five case-sensitive-filesystem skips); 77 selected Python 3.9 tests passed without skips. Strict checks cover 259 portable files / 163 Markdown documents. Package byte parity, alpha.1-to-alpha.2 adoption, root/child validation, pinned remote installation, wrong-pin rejection, and 820-file uninstall/restore parity passed. PUBLIC-REVIEW records scope and limits.
The folder-only ZIP and wheel are separate assets. SHA256SUMS includes their digests and records the separate codeload tag ZIP pin for --archive-sha256. Review the wiki installation/migration instructions before updating a managed project.
Alpha: use at your own risk; the format may change daily. These checks do not certify a downstream application for production. GitHub Actions remains disabled.
dotSYSTEMX 1.11.0-alpha.1 — ROOT planning and task deltas
ROOT adds a flexible planning and reconciliation layer for reusable projects: SX-RULES.md, SX-MILESTONE.md, request provenance, structured plan references, bounded tool cards and task packets, and read-only comparisons with observed harness or bot activity.
Milestone → wave → phase → optional group → task → optional subtask → single action. Skip levels and expand only useful next work; numerical examples are not quotas. WORK/TASKS.json remains the only task-state authority. External completion cannot accept a task.
The CLI supports explicit root/child scopes, many-to-many aggregate state, retained attempts, original evidence times, optional bot channels, and stale input detection. Additive adoption preserves local ROOT records. No IDE/cloud connector, external execution, or background checking is started.
Validation: 299 Python 3.14 tests completed (294 passed, five filesystem-specific skips), plus 69 selected Python 3.9 tests passed without skips. Strict validation covers 259 portable files / 163 Markdown documents. Wheel byte parity, root/child installation, pinned remote installation, wrong-pin rejection, and uninstall/restore with preserved local files were verified. See PUBLIC-REVIEW for scope and limitations.
The folder-only ZIP and Python wheel are distinct assets. SHA256SUMS also records the separate GitHub codeload tag ZIP pin used by --archive-sha256. Follow the wiki's installation/migration guide before updating an existing managed installation.
Alpha: use at your own risk. The format may change daily. Template verification does not certify a host application for production. GitHub Actions remains disabled.

.SYSTEMX 1.10.0-alpha.3 — Four-part 4K field guide
The new four-part .SYSTEMX field guide connects the whole format in one overview and expands the working details across three additional pages.
- Complete overview: Agent 0/X/Y/Z, AGENTA, all ten AUTOBOT files, DATA, CLI/tools and named .SYSTEMXP scopes.
- Coordination: scoped assignments, event observations, external CLI/PR gates, fixed review, acceptance and checkpointing.
- AGENTA and ten specialists: exact filenames, responsibilities, request fingerprints, reuse, explicit completion and limits.
- DATA and projects: eight local folders, ignore/audit boundaries, independent child records, shared tools, safe updates and recovery.
Read the four-page guide or open the portable text companion. README, media navigation, generation/correction prompts and provenance are updated. The old one-page map remains in immutable tagged history; additive updates preserve existing local media and user records.
All four JPEG exports are 3840 × 2160, below 2 MiB each. They were generated with the built-in imagegen tool at 1672 × 941 and exported to 4K with macOS sips (JPEG 85); upscaling adds canvas pixels, not native detail. The template ships only the selected 4K outputs, with native dimensions and raw hashes recorded in ASSETS.json.
Verification: 249 portable files and 159 Markdown documents; six relevant tests passed on Python 3.9 and 3.14, plus exact-wheel byte/inventory checks, pinned remote install, wrong-pin rejection, root/child request reuse, alpha.2 upgrade preservation and uninstall/restore checks. All four pages were visually reviewed. This is a documentation/media release; runtime behavior and blank project seeds are unchanged. See PUBLIC-REVIEW for precise evidence and limitations.
Alpha: use at your own risk. Manual updates remain default; no GitHub Actions are enabled. Verify downloads with SHA256SUMS. Its comment records the complete GitHub-generated tag ZIP digest for --archive-sha256; that digest differs from the separately built folder-only ZIP asset.
