[Feat] 채팅방 유저 목록 조회 및 추방하기 UI 구현

📝 변경 사항

• 채팅방 내에서 유저 목록을 조회할 수 있는 컴포넌트 생성 했습니다.
  => 현재는 임시 유저 목록 데이터의 0번째를 방장으로 설정했는데, 추후에 데이터 들어오는 형식에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.
  => 관리 버튼 역시 방장만 볼 수 있도록 API 연동 시 수정 예정입니다.

• 모달을 이용해 추방하기 UI 구현 했습니다.
