The text format will not be able to (directly) express zero-length groups, just like it already cannot express zero-length sections or zero-length local groups. That's fine I think. |

Adds spec tests for empty groups. See #15.
@rossberg, I am curious what you think about how the text format expresses empty groups. Encoding 2 really seems to have a significant amount of ambiguity now.
