  • Update setup-ocaml from v2 to v3
  • Patch upstream commit disabling JS tests.
  • Fix race condition in Python test runner

Tested successfully with CI here.

Looks like you'll have to temporarily modify a file under interpreter/ or test/ to get CI to run on this.

CI passed here, reverted the no-op change.
