add a missing test case for validating addition of 2 decimal numbers
use terser plugin in rollup to minify the generated UMD bundle
execute the build process in ci and upload artifacts
modify commitlint job to run only for push and not on PR and issues

Integrate rollup for bundling the library and update CI to include build job for executing the build process.
