social attack vectors --> PCT #14
Description
similarly to #13 the 'social attack vectors' work is being progressed via the permissive commons technology library.
Some sort of sync needs to occur; however for the time-being, there may be different versions / content, available in the different libraries.
I have raised a ticket about the underlying problem: WebCivics/webizen.org-dev#2
