When opening the file browser to pick a relative export path, the browser should start at the location of the current Blend file so the user can easily navigate to nearby folders.
Current behaviour: The browser opens at an unrelated directory (e.g. the last used OS path or the Blender install directory), requiring the user to navigate manually to the correct location.
Fix: The relative path file browser now opens at the Blend file's directory by default.
