Improve filtering and list sorting

Improved the collection list filtering and sorting to be more reliable and intuitive.

Changes:

• Filters now correctly apply to all relevant list operations (not just display)
• Improved sort order consistency
• Reduced the number of redundant visibility filter options to keep the UI clean
• Filter state is preserved correctly when switching between modes
