Redesign Popup Menu

Redesigned the popup menu layout for a cleaner, more organized appearance.

Problems with the old layout:

• Full-column button layout at top and bottom felt visually heavy and unbalanced.
• Related controls were not grouped logically.

Changes:

• Reorganized controls into a more compact, readable layout.
• Grouped related settings (path, preset, operations) into logical sections.
• Improved spacing and alignment for better usability at different panel widths.
