On the results pop-up, after pushing
Flip NestingMatlab raises an error instead of flipping the nesting. This is due to a property of the result object not existing anymore. The property washas_full_connwhen now the test just needs to test thatfull_connectomeis not False.I also removed a redundant variable passing and imports.
