I’m using @whiskeysockets/baileys version 7.0.0-rc14.
I’m able to fetch the pushName correctly for regular/personal WhatsApp contacts. However, I’m having an issue with business accounts that are not verified.
For these unverified business accounts, I only receive the phone number/JID, but I don’t receive the business/display name.
Is this expected behavior in Baileys, or is there another API/event/property I should use to retrieve the business name for an unverified WhatsApp Business account?
For example:
Personal account → pushName is available
Verified business account → business name is available
Unverified business account → only phone number/JID, no name
