As a parent I want...

  • Simple website to easily register my child

    • Need to be able to input email, name of child, and address on the registration page
    • Want to pick six workshops and rank them

  • Accessible information about the event, such as date, location, time, names of instructors and workshops

  • Easy payment method, such as PayPal, and availability of scholarship request

    • Be able to request a scholarship from the registration page

  • Receive email reminders about the date of the event and registration confirmation

As an organizer I want...

  • Simple website with registration page and workshop information

  • Automate sorting using an algorithm to be more equitable

  • Accessible Google Sheets spreadsheet

  • Email notification upon scholarship request

    • TODO: Ask how Organizers respond to scholarships

  • Be able to broadcast reminder emails for parents
