As a parent I want...

• Accessible information about the event, such as date, location, time, names of instructors and workshops so that my daughter and I can have the information in order to decide on which classes she wants

• A simple website so that I can easily register my child

  • To be able to input email, name of child, and address on the registration page so that I can be contacted with confirmation and the appropriate information
  • To pick six workshops and rank them so that my daughter can have three of her top 6 choices

• To be able to either request a scholarship or have an easy payment method

  • To have an easy payment method, such as PayPal so that I can hold my daughter's spot
  • To be able to request a scholarship from the registration page so that my daughter can still go to the workshops no matter what.

• To receive email registration confirmation so I know my daughter is in the workshops.

• To receive email reminders about the date of the event so that we don't miss that event.

As an organizer I want...

• A simple website with registration page and workshop information so that anyone can access the information
• To be able to easily publish and update workshop information from a Google Sheet so that little-to-no code has to be changed in the future
• An automated matching/assignment algorithm so that it is more equitable
• Accessible Google Sheets spreadsheet so that I can access it before the event
• An email notification upon scholarship request so that I can approve it
• To be able to broadcast reminder emails for parents so that they show up
